The Northside/Midtown Medical Building offers parking rates for the general public and discounted rates for patients visiting the office. In order to receive the patient parking rates, please bring your ticket to our office to be validated.

*Please note that rates displayed on building signage reflect prices for the general public (see below for patient rates).*

Patient Parking Rates:

• 0 – 30 Minutes: Free
• 31 – 60 Minutes: $4.00
• 61 Minutes – 6 Hours: $5.00
• 6 – 24 Hours: $6.00

Validation Process
Please bring your parking ticket to the office suite front desk for your ticket to be validated or discounted.

• For discounted parking (31min +) bring your ticket to the pay kiosk on the level you are parked (parking garage levels P3 – P7), insert the ticket and pay the fee.
• For parking that has been fully validated (0-30 minutes), you may insert the ticket directly at the exit device.
